Holistic Health doesn’t just involve food but mental, emotional, physical, environmental and spiritual wellness. 3 Month Health Reset
My 3 Month Health Reset is for people who want to better their lifestyle, implement new habits, kickstart their health journey, or dig deeper in their current routine. This program is designed so that you won’t need me after the 3 Months. We will review your current physical and emotional health, discuss goals and create a plan. I will teach you how to create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that meets your bio-individual goals and needs.
This 3 Month reset includes weekly 45 mintute sessions via zoom, notes, a variety of handouts, nutritional guidence, supplment suggestions, and a plan detailed for you to meet your goals.
I will be available to you via text or email Monday-Friday for additional guidance and support.
3 Month Reset with Movement
The 3 Month Health Reset with Movement is designed for those who are ready to revamp their lifestyle and health by combining Health Coaching and Private Pilates Training. Moving our bodies is not just for “looking good” but has so many other health benefits such as stress relief, increased energy, pain reduction, boosted immune function, and more! We will review your current physical and emotional health, discuss goals and create a plan. I will teach you how create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that meets your bio-individual goals and needs.
The 3 Month Reset with Movement includes Bi-Weekly 50 Minute Health Coaching sessions and 2 Private Pilates Lessons a week via zoom (or in person if you are in the South Bay area) This also includes notes from every Health Coaching Session, a variety of handouts, nutritional guidance, supplment suggestions, and a plan detailed to meet your goals.
I will be available to you Monday-Friday for additional guidance and support.
Single Health Coaching Session
A Single Health Coaching Session is a one hour session via zoom where we will review and discuss your current physical and emotional health. I will offer you guidence and send you follow up notes after our session and a suggested plan to follow. This single session is best for clients who have already completed one of my 3 Month Reset Programs.
